Remote interventions


If you have difficulties in configurng your Exchange account, you can order a direct intervention service from OVH.

Using a remote connection tool (LogMeIn), a technical advisor will intervene on your machine and access your email software to configure your accounts. To enable this, each email account must first be set up in your Control Panel.

The intervention will be charged at £20 excl. VAT per account. The advisor will go over your requirements with you and will provide a quotation in advance. You will then agree a convenient date for the intervention.
