Guarantees and SLA

Guaranteed availability (SLA) rate is at 99.95%. The Level 1 Response Time (GRT1) with no need for custom diagnostic is one hour. The Guaranteed Recovery Time (GTR2) is GRT+2 hours, i.e. 3 hours in total. The Level 2 Guaranteed Response Time (GRT1) with mandatory custom diagnostic is 12 hours.

Refunds

Penalty refund is 5% per hour of delay. The maximum penalty is 100% per month. The refund will be done by recrediting a percentage of the monthly unit price (before VAT) of the server based on the Guaranteed Recovery Time and tickets opened by the customer.
