Additional numbers

With the additional numbers, assign a slot of DDI numbers to a phone line and:
- Give each employee a different phone number
- Have up to 100 numbers in sequence for positions in your company
For only £1 per number per month, the additional numbers are attached to your main line and can receive calls seamlessly.
Choose a number according to your geographic zone
OVH offer non-geographic numbers (03) and geographic numbers (01138, 01143, 01172, 01214, 01274, 01315, 01412, 01515, 01614, 02034, 02895, 02921). Moreover, with this geographic number you can select the number that corresponds best to your localisation.

Personalised number: Standard or Premium
Whether for normal or special numbers, we offer you the customisation. This results in the selection of the last 3 digits that make up the number, this option is available for free as part of a standard number.
If you want to enjoy a Premium number, that is to say a mnemonic number (easy to remember), you will be able to select from a predefined list of the relevant range. This number will be charged £5/month, instead of the standard rate of £1/month.
A personalised telephone
With the additional number option, you have the possibility to put an interactive voice response (IVR) in place. Whatever the size of your company and your activity (SMB, call centre, etc....) installing a IVR allows you to optimize your contact management such as:
- forward a call to the right person or department
- inform accurately (give the daily opening hours, etc.)
