Fax mailing
Mass communication at reduced prices: send thousands of faxes in a few clicks!
Fax mailing consists of sending bulk mails to communicate with your customers and/or prospective customers. This is an effective way of promoting a product/service or announcing an event etc... Our solutions allow you to send thousands of faxes simply from the Manager, via your e-mail or through the SoAPI.
Select a service
In your manager, Fax menu in the Telephony section, select the "Campaign" option
Program sending
You can send your fax immediately, or schedule your campaign for the chosen date (day and time).

You can pause, resume or cancel a campaign.
You can send your faxes from any email or messaging software.
Enter the sending number in the email address field
Create a new message and enter "fax@ecofax.co.uk" as recipient
Give your fax number
Indicate the subject of the email: the fax number that was given to you during your subscription.
Enter your password
Then enter your fax line password preceded by "password:" .
This latter was given to you with your line number at the end of your subscription. Your recipient will not see it.
Insert your document as an attachment
You can insert up to 10 attachments. In our example, the selected document is in PDF format.

Insert a file in .txt format containing the fax numbers of your recipients
A file in .txt format called "numbers", containing up to 2000 numbers must also be added in the attachment of your email. The numbers must be inserted one under the other. If you are using Windows, the document is a notepad file. If you are using Linux, it's a text editor file. If you are using Mac, it's a TextEdit file.
Click on send
You just have to click on "Send" to proceed with the dispatch. Your recipients will receive your fax whatever the medium they use (fax, email, PC, etc ...). You will receive a transmission report after the sending.

Pour définir la qualité du fax, vous pouvez spécifier "normal", "high", "premium", "best" dans le corps du mail, ou ne rien mettre pour utiliser la valeur par défaut dans le manager :

- Envoi de fax en différé
Pour envoyer votre fax en différé, vous pouvez spécifier la date dans le corps du mail :
