EcoFax software lets you send and receive faxes from any computer connected to the Internet.
Whether you're in the office, at home or traveling, you can receive faxes in the same way!
Install the EcoFax software
The possibilities
The EcoFax software has multiple features:
PDF converter : All your files can be converted in PDF format.
Alert : A notification is displayed on your computer and alert you about receiving a new fax.
Backup : The EcoFax software keeps all your faxes for life (you must have subscribed to the Pro EcoFax offer to benefit from this feature).
Classification : Find your faxes easily thanks to 4 tabs present in the EcoFax software (received, ongoing, failed and sent).

Send fax with the EcoFax software
To send, choose to print your document as if you would print it on paper.
Select the EcoFax printer
Then select "EcoFax" printer in the list of your available printers and validate it: The EcoFax interface appears.
Supply the fax number of the recipient and click Send!
You must simply enter the fax number of your recipient and click Send.
Check "Standard" quality if you use the Personal EcoFax and "Premium" if you are using Pro EcoFax or Plug & Fax.
Receiving faxes with the EcoFax software
A notification will be displayed on your screen
A notification will alert you about a new fax on your computer screen. You just need to click the EcoFax icon to open the software.
To download your fax, open the EcoFax software then click on the line in bold
A simple click allows you to see the fax that you receive. The unread fax will appear in bold.
