Loyalty Scheme


Get loyalty points every time you buy or renew your services at OVH, and save money for your next order(s).



How does it work?

When you place an order at OVH, 1% of the amount (excl. VAT) of each product of your order is converted into points (except for operational fees and purchasing of points).
For example: If you decide to order a .com domain name and a 90 plan for 1 year, your points will be calculated as follows:

£5.49 (+vat) + £46.80 (+vat) = 1% of 5.49 + 1% of 46.80 = 0.06 + 0.47 = 54 points



How to activate your loyalty account?

That's easy, you just need to log into your Manager: My services > Loyalty scheme

In this section of your manager, you can check the balance of your account and setup your threshold limit. You can also credit your account with as much as you want and buy 100 points for £1 +VAT.

Example: if you want to buy 1,000 points, it will cost you £11.75 (incl. vat)



How can I use my loyalty points?

If you have 2,000 points in your loyalty scheme, you can then place an order for £20 (excl. VAT) and pay for it in full with your points.

your points are added to your loyalty account
you may put it towards another service

Please note that the amount of the VAT is included in your points. For example: if you buy a kimsufi for 1 month: £14.99 + VAT = £17.61 You just need 1,500 points to pay for your order in full.

It is important to remember that payment of your order using your points can only be made in full. For example: if you have a total order of £25 +vat, you must have 2,500 points in your loyalty account.
