Full surveillance by OVH

OVH technical staff monitors all our customers'servers as well as our entire network 24/7.

OVH intervenes as soon as an alert is triggered (not responding to pings) to minimise the time of unavailability of servers and network.

If necessary, we reboot your server and send you a complete diagnostic so that you can take the necessary steps to prevent any similar breakdowns from occuring in the future.

You may also monitor your server

OVH offers you the possibility to be alerted when your machine does not respond any more. You can then analyze the reasons for the blackout and thus take the necessary measures.

We offer multiple options in this service:

• how would you like to be informed if your server does not ping any more (by email or SMS).
• how often do you want to receive alert messages: every hour, every 30 minutes, or not at all.

WITBE certificattion

To certify the quality of our network, OVH is a client of WITBE.

WITBE measures every 5 minutes the quality of access to OVH network from 9 points of the globe (Paris, London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Philadelphia, San Jose, Milan, Brussels and Madrid).

WITBE provides a weekly report on the state of OVH network (average access time, number of failures accumulated and their duration duration, etc. ...).
