Order procedure in OVH
First order
As a new customer of OVH you need to create nichandle (customer ID) using the form available here: I'm a new customer . This Customer ID, allows you to log in to our manager and order your service (please check your personal information twice). Your home and email addresses must be valid. It is our only way to contact you.
If you want to change your contact addresses, enter the Manager, Click Personal data then Update in the Menu on the left.)

Realisation time
You order is accepted and sent for filling after we receive the payment. You will get a confirmation email and an invoice will be generated after order fulfillment (in most cases within 24 hours of receiving money). Realisation time

Invoicing
All the orders and invoices are available in the Manager all the time the Manager click the 'Invoices' icon. You don't need to contact our Customer Service Panel to be able to print them at anytime: Save your time!

Renewal
To renew all services, it is necessary to place an order. You may do it in two ways:
- Directly via renewal site, available at OVH Homepage. It is a quicker and simpler method as it does not require your password and Nichandle.

- Every change of hosting service or payment from abroad should be conducted in the Manager.
- Via Manager
